Fowler Supply Product Return Policy

1. Scope of Applicability

1.1 This Product Return Policy (“PRP”) applies to all sales of goods by Fowler Waterproofing Supply, Inc. (“Fowler”) notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order or other communication from you. No such conflicting, contrary or additional return terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by Fowler unless and until expressly confirmed in writing.

1.2 Fowler reserves the right to change the PRP at any time. Changes take effect thirty calendar days of the “Last updated” date on the https://www.fowlerwaterproofingsupply.com website.


2. Introduction

2.1 Fowler values your satisfaction and wants to make your purchase experience, and if needed, your product return to be as smooth as possible. This Product Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased at the Fowler Tucker, GA warehouse facility sales counter, via email or phone call, purchase order, online ecommerce items, and other purchase method. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.


3. Return Eligibility

3.1 Products are eligible for return within fifteen calendar days from the date of purchase if the item is undamaged, unaltered, in the original intact packaging, and in a resalable condition.  Inspection of items will be conducted by Fowler sales staff upon return to verify refund eligibility.  Shipped product returns, via truck or courier, will be inspected before the receival is approved, and ineligible product return deliveries will be refused.  

3.2 Discounted items, agreed to as sold as end of life or damaged product, are not eligible for return or refund.  Any product altered from the original state as requested by a customer, such as coating coloring or tinting is not eligible for return.  Fowler will attempt to correct product coloring, if possible, for item within fifteen calendar days of purchase.


4. Return Methods

4.1 Purchases can be returned directly to the Fowler, Tucker, GA warehouse, shipped to the Tucker location, or shipped back to the manufacturer.  Fowler “non-stock” item returns and product to be shipped directly back are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy, fees, restrictions, and conditions. The return policy for each manufacturer regarding non-stock or direct ship purchases is available upon request prior to item purchases.


5. Refund Options

5.1 Shipping and delivery fees for all purchases are non-refundable.

5.2 Purchases processed via credit card or debit card will be credited back to the card of purchase.  Card based refunds and the time required for funds to appear in the customer account are not controlled by Fowler; therefore, no funds return date guarantee is provided.  Cash payments will be refunded in cash, but Fowler reserves the right to refund a cash purchase in the form of a Fowler company check.

5.3 Business account clients can request a refund via the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, Fowler company check, or credit towards an open balance or future purchases.


6. Return Shipping

6.1 Shipping costs on product returns are not covered by Fowler, nor are they covered by the manufacturer for direct ship or non-stock items.


7. Restocking or Handling Fees

7.1 All returns to Fowler are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Direct ship or non-stock item returns may incur additional fees based on manufacturer return policies. Fowler is not obligated to accept returns of non-stock or direct ship product; however, best efforts will be made to allow return of manufacture shipped products normally stocked by Fowler.


8. Special Considerations

8.1 Product incorrectly shipped and items not meeting manufacture specifications are not subject to the Fowler standard 15% restocking fee. Notification of shipping errors and product defects must be received by Fowler within fifteen calendars days from purchase for special return conditions to apply.
